I’ve been here almost a year and a half and don’t have a single complaint. The entire BP staff is very pleasant and accommodating; the front desk folks are very friendly and helpful; the building maintenance crew is quick to respond to my requests – always polite, helpful and cheerful. The building is spotless from the lobby and hallways to the workout room and parking garage, which is convenient, clean and safe. All in all, a great place to live!

Great property located in the heart of downtown Bethesda, within walking distance to the Metro, shops, bus stops, so many restaurants, and near to the Capital Beltway. A new Lidl grocery store will be opening soon on the ground floor of the building, offering a very convenient additional amenity for residents and neighbors. The apartments are spacious and offer a great value for the price. The front desk team and leasing office are very responsive as well. I have enjoyed living here so far!

The public areas in Bethesda Place are always clean, the staff is very friendly, and there is always a quick response to all service requests. Indoor parking is available to all residents. Location is in middle of downtown Bethesda with Metro one block away. A grocery is opening on the ground floor. It is city living, but there is a beautifully landscaped and decorated courtyard for outdoor relaxation. I enjoy living at Bethesda Place.
