“We are a commercial (office) tenant in the Bethesda Place complex. Our organization moved here less than a year ago and has had only the best experiences with the building, its management, and their responsiveness to our needs. The property manager, the building engineers, and other staff quickly follow up on any request and have worked with us every step of the way. It’s a great location, close to Metro and many restaurants and hotels, with easy parking and a friendly, safe, and clean environment for our staff and visitors. I highly recommend the commercial space at Bethesda Place.”

“The public areas in Bethesda Place are always clean, the staff is very friendly, and there is always a quick response to all service requests. Indoor parking is available to all residents. The location is in downtown Bethesda, one block away from the Metro. A grocery store is opening on the ground floor. It is city living, but there is a beautifully landscaped and decorated courtyard for outdoor relaxation. I enjoy living at Bethesda Place.”

“Great property located in the heart of downtown Bethesda, within walking distance to the Metro, shops, bus stops, many restaurants, and the Capital Beltway. A new Lidl grocery store will be opening soon on the ground floor of the building, offering a very convenient additional amenity for residents and neighbors. The apartments are spacious and provide an excellent value for the price. The front desk team and leasing office are very responsive as well. I have enjoyed living here so far!
